Our approach
We buy buildings the way we back founders — slowly, with conviction, and we plan to be there in twenty years.
Most of these properties serve a dual purpose. They are family homes for clients we have looked after for years, offices for portfolio companies between rounds, or simply quiet places to meet a founder away from the noise. The list below is partial, and shared because clients sometimes ask.
